Performance framework outcomes
Infracom’s measurement framework is closely aligned to Infracom’s long-term objective: to deliver a step change in New Zealand’s planning and delivery of infrastructure, its systems and settings. To pursue this, our focus is on four key outcomes.

Procurement Capability and Project Delivery Support: The infrastructure procurement capability of government agencies and the construction sector is improved. | 4. Special Topic Report: Decision makers have a basis for bold reform and policy change, informed by independent, evidence-based recommendations. |
